1. Seller and software licence

Your purchase contract is with Lemon Squeezy (Sold through Link, LLC) as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, taxes, invoices and refunds. Its Buyer Terms apply to the purchase, subject to mandatory consumer law. Your statutory rights take precedence over any conflicting terms.

The developer and licensor is Maximilian Freist, whose contact details are in the Impressum. The Software Licence Agreement governs your use of the software and is made available before purchase.

2. Digital delivery

Products are supplied as digital downloads. Product descriptions explain their features, system requirements and required third-party software or hardware. The total price, including applicable taxes, is shown before you place the order.

3. Support and purchase enquiries

For product support, contact yourmixsucks42@gmail.com. For purchase, withdrawal or refund requests, contact Lemon Squeezy using the contact details in your order confirmation. Refund payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy.

Your statutory rights, including remedies for defective digital products, remain unaffected.
